Rural Hospital Funding
President Bush's proposed budget for next year for the Department of Health and Human Services doesn't include any money for the Small Hospital Improvement Program or the Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program. Do think rural hospitals should be supported by such programs or should they be supported solely with state, local or private funds?

What role do you feel the Tourist Development Council should play in regards to beach management, safety, maintenance and parks and do you feel that should be its sole focus? The PSC and Phone Company Rates

In April 2004, the Florida Public Service Commission refused a request by State Attorney General Charlie Crist to reconsider its approval of the biggest telephone rate hike in the state's history. Crist said the rate hike would "adversely affect tens of thousands of telephone customers, especially the elderly.  Do you support or oppose the commission's decision, and why?
